At SAP, I spent five years building cloud platforms and CI/CD infrastructure for thousands of development teams. Large-scale migrations, bare-metal Kubernetes in production, and the kind of reliability requirements where downtime means real consequences.
At SysEleven, I designed security architectures for classified government workloads. BSI compliance, air-gapped deployments, cross-domain data exchange across security boundaries. Systems where precision matters more than speed.
That experience shaped a clear picture: most companies trying to adopt AI don't need a better model. They need someone who can build the platform underneath it, secure it properly, and keep it running in production. Infrastructure, platform, and intelligence aren't three separate problems.
